摘 要:目的:监测三种不同消毒方法作用下呼吸机管路消毒效果,比较三种不同消毒方法的成本,为基层医院选择有效、经济、安全的呼吸机管路消毒方法提供参考。方法:将240套呼吸机管路按所在医院不同分为A、B、C三组,每组各80套,其中A组采用全自动热力清洗消毒法,B组采用酸性氧化电位水消毒法,C组采用1000 mg/L有效氯浸泡消毒法,每套管路消毒后均及时采样送细菌培养,监测消毒达标率,并计算消毒成本。结果:三种消毒方法消毒效果均达到100%,A组机械热力清洗消毒设备投资、清洗消毒过程耗材与耗时均明显高于B、C组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:热力清洗消毒成本高,但清洗过程全自动化,管道清洗消毒彻底,且方便保存,有条件的大中型医院应优选。1000 mg/L有效氯浸泡消毒法成本低,但对皮肤及黏膜刺激性大,长期接触对人体有一定的毒性,应尽可能不选。酸性氧化电位水消毒快速、高效、安全、方便,且消毒成本低,基层医院应首选。Objective:To provide reference for hospital selection of effective, economical and safe ventilator disinfection method,from ventilator disinfection effect of three kinds of different disinfection methods of monitoring,comparison of three different disinfection methods of the cost.Method:240 sets by the hospital where the ventilator tubing were divided into group A,B and C,80 sets in each group.Group A was given fully automatic thermal cleaning and disinfection method,group B was given oxidizing water disinfection,group C was given 1000 mg/L effective chlorine immersion disinfection.After disinfection of each line, the bacteria were sampled and sent to the bacteria to monitor the rate of disinfection, and the cost of disinfection was calculated.Result:The disinfection effect of the three kinds disinfection methods reached 100%,and group A the investment of equipment and the time of cleaning and disinfection were significantly higher than those of group B and C,the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.01).Conclusion:Thermal cleaning and disinfection costs are high, but the cleaning process is fully automated, the pipeline cleaning and disinfection is thorough, and convenient preservation,the conditions of large and medium-sized hospitals should be optimized.1000 mg/L effective chlorine immersion disinfection method is low cost, but the skin and mucous membrane irritation, long-term exposure to the human body has a certain toxicity, should be as far as possible.Acid oxidation potential water disinfection is fast,efficient,safe, convenient,and low cost of disinfection, the basic level hospital should be the first choice.
