经会阴实时三维超声对产后女性压力性尿失禁的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的：探讨经会阴实时三维超声对产后女性压力性尿失禁的诊断价值。方法：选取2014年7月-2015年12月在本院分娩并于分娩后6周~6个月进行超声检查的妇女作为研究对象,选取200例产妇按临床症状分为SUI组和对照组,SUI组为临床出现尿失禁症状的妇女100例,对照组为无尿失禁症状者100例。采用经会阴实时三维超声测量三组在静息、最大Valsalva动作后各项指标进行观察和测量,包括在最大Valsalva动作下膀胱颈移动距离、尿道旋转角、膀胱尿道后角及尿道内口漏斗有无形成。结果：最大Valsalva动作后SUI组膀胱颈移动度、尿道内口漏斗形成率、膀胱尿道后角均明显大于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：经会阴实时三维超声用于评估产后女性压力性尿失禁患者的盆底解剖和功能,是对产后女性压力性尿失禁患者进行诊断的有效影像学方法,值得临床推广应用。Ojeive： o inveige he vlue of peinel el-ime hee-dimenionl ulound in he dignoi of femle e uiny inoninene fe delivey.Mehod： Fom July 2014 o Deeme 2015 deliveed in ou hopil nd o delivey fe 6 week o 6 monh fo uloni exminion of women wee eleed he eeh oje, 200 e wee divided ino UI goup nd he onol goup oding o he linil ympom, UI goup w 100 e of womefi wih uiny inoninene, nd he onol goup w 100 e wihou uiny inoninene.Wih npeinel el-ime hee-dimenionl ulound meuemen of hee goup fe eing, mximum Vllv mnoeuve indexe wee oeved nd meued, inluding mximum Vllv mneuve in he moving dine of ldde nek, uehl oion ngle, poeio ueh veil uehl ngle nd in he mouh of he funnel hd no fomion.eul： he lge Vllv ion UI goup fe ldde nek moiliy, uehl mouh funnel fomion e, eoveil ngle wee ignifinly highe hn hoe of he onol goup, hee wee iilly ignifin diffeene （P〈0.05） .onluion： npeinel el-ime hee-dimenionl ulound depmen fo evluion of pien wih popum e uiny inoninene of femle pelvi nomy nd funion of pien wih popum e uiny inoninene e effeive imging dignoi mehod, i i wohy of linil ppliion.
