摘　　要：脾胃是人体气机升降出入的枢纽,脾主升而胃主降。中医气机升降出入理论是中医学理论的重要组成部分,而脾胃是人体气机升降的枢纽,在整个气机升降出入的活动中发挥着重要的作用。脾胃升降的矛盾运动一旦遭到破坏,则会影响人体正常的生理活动。Spleen and stomach is the hub of Qi movements in human body, the spleen goes up, and stomach goes down. The theory of ascending and descending of TCM is an important part of TCM theory. The spleen and stomach are the hub of Qi ascending and descending in human body, and play an important role in the movements of the whole Qi. Spleen and stomach movements of the contradictions once get destructed, it will affect the body＇s normal physiological activity.
