复方玄驹胶囊治疗阴茎勃起功能障碍的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨复方玄驹胶囊治疗阴茎勃起功能障碍的疗效及安全性。方法:收集2014年3月-2015年3月我院收治的ED患者80例,采用抽签法将患者分为复方玄驹胶囊组和对照组,每组40例。对照组采用西地那非治疗,复方玄驹胶囊组采用复方玄驹胶囊颗粒治疗。比较两组治疗前后的IIEF-5评分、勃起功能改善程度及阴茎海绵体血流量变化,同时对比两组患者治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果:复方玄驹胶囊组的IIEF-5分、阴茎海绵体血流量明显高于对照组(P<0.05),在性交时阴茎能满意勃起的比例明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。复方玄驹胶囊组患者阵发性头痛及并发症总发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:复方玄驹胶囊可明显提高ED患者的阴茎勃起功能,具有一定的血管内皮保护作用,不会产生阵发性头痛、肝功能异常等严重的不良反应,值得临床推广应用。Objective： To investigate efficacy and safety of the Fufang Xuanju capsule on erectile dysfunction. Methods： 80 cases were divided into the Fufang Xuanju capsule group and control group by lottery. The control group was treated with sildenafil; the Fufang Xuanju capsule group was treated with the Fufang Xuanju capsule. The IIEF-5 scores, improvement of erectile function, blood flow in corpus cavernosum and incidence of adverse reactions were compared. Results： The IIEF-5 scores and blood flow in corpus cavernosum were significantly higher in the the Fufang Xuanju capsule group. In the sexual intercourse, the proportion of satisfactory erection was significantly higher in the the Fufang Xuanju capsule （P〈0.05）. The total incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower in the Fufang Xuanju capsule group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Fufang Xuanju capsule can obviously improve the penile erectile function, protect vascular endothelium and shows fewer adverse reactions, is worthy of popularization and application.
