摘　　要：目的:探讨品管圈活动降低中药湿敷床单位沾湿率。方法:成立品管圈,确立"降低床单位沾湿率"为活动课题,对中药药液沾湿床单位进行现状调查,分析床单位沾湿药液的原因,制订相应的对策并组织实施,再进行效果检查。结果:品管圈活动使床单位沾湿中药率从47%降到10%。结论:品管圈活动在降低中药湿敷床单位沾湿率方面效果明显,值得推广。Objective： To explore the method of establishing the quality control circle. Methods： The paper aims to reduce the wetting rate of bed units and investigate the status of bed wetting with TCM medicine, and the reasons for the liquid, formulate appropriate measures, and organize the implementation, and then check the results. Results： The activity of the quality control circle reduced the unit wetting rate from 47% to 10%. Conclusion： The activity of quality control circle is effective.
