疏肝益阳胶囊联合十一酸睾酮胶丸治疗心理性勃起功能障碍的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察疏肝益阳胶囊联合十一酸睾酮胶丸治疗心理性勃起功能障碍的临床疗效。方法:将100例心理性ED患者随机分为两组,两组均给予十一酸睾酮胶丸口服,治疗组同时服用疏肝益阳胶囊,在治疗前、治疗后3个月进行国际勃起功能指数-5(IIEF-5)评分比较,判定疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为82.22%,对照组总有效率为54.76%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论:疏肝益阳胶囊联合十一酸睾酮胶丸治疗心理性ED的疗效优于单独使用十一酸睾酮胶丸的疗效。[Abstract] Objective： To observe clinical effects of the Shugan Yiyang capsule plus testosterone undecanoate capsule on psychological erectile dysfunction. Methods： 100 cases were randomly divided into two groups. The groups were given testosterone undecanoate capsule. The treatment group was treated with the Shugan Yiyang capsule more. Before and after treatment in 3 months, the IIEF-5 score and efficacy were compared. Results： The total efficiency was 82.22% in the treatment group, and better than 54.76% in the control group, with a statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Shugan Yiyang capsule plus testosterone undecanoate capsule on psychological erectile dysfunction shows a better effect.
