摘　　要：心肌细胞培养已广泛应用于心血管疾病防治研究领域,能否成功培养心肌细胞将直接影响相关科学研究进展,其培养技术备受关注。国内外关于心肌细胞培养过程的研究探讨较多,本文将对培养的诸多方法及其优点做一综合分析。Culturing myocardial cell has been widely used in prevention and treatment for cardiovascular disease. Cultivation of myocardial cells will directly affect the progress of the relevant scientific research. At home and abroad, the study on culturing myocardial cell was more; many methods of culturing myocardial cell and their advantages were comprehensively analyzed in this paper.
