血液透析加灌流配合醒脑静治疗尿毒症脑病15例

摘　　要：目的:观察分析血液透析加灌流配合醒脑静治疗尿毒症脑病的临床效果。方法:选取我科血液透析合并尿毒症脑病患者15例,并给予血液透析加灌流配合醒脑静治疗,1周后观察其疗效。结果:治疗后尿毒症脑病相关临床表现及实验室检查指标均有显著改善。结论:血液透析加灌流配合醒脑静治疗尿毒症脑病具有良好的疗效,值得推广和应用。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of hemodialysis and hemoperfusion combined with Xingnaojing injection in the treatment of uremic encephalopathy. Methods： 15 patients with uremic encephalopathy were selected and given hemodialysis and hemoperfusion combined with Xingnaojing injection in the treatment, the clinical efficacy and other indicators changes of blood urea （BUN）, serum creatinine （Scr）, serum potassium （K＋）, serum sodium （Na＋）, serum chloride （Cl-）, serum calcium （Ca2＋） and bicarbonate radical （Hco3-） before and after the treatment were observed one week after treatment. Results： After the treatment, all the related clinical manifestations and laboratory examination indexes of patients with uremic encephalopathy improved significantly. Conclusion： Hemodialysis and hemoperfusion combined with Xingnaojing injection had good efficacy in the treatment of uremic encephalopathy, and it was worthy of promotion and application.
