通窍活血汤加减联合西药治疗糖尿病并发脑血管病疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨通窍活血汤加减联合西药治疗糖尿病并发脑血管病的应用价值。方法:抽取2015年1月—2016年3月我院72例糖尿病并发脑血管病患者,根据入院先后顺序分为研究组(n=36)与对照组(n=36)。对照组仅采用西医治疗,研究组在对照组用药基础上采用通窍活血汤加减。统计两组临床疗效,对比两组血糖水平及治疗前后两组神经功能缺损评分和生活质量评分变化情况。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为86.11%,对照组为63.89%,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组餐前血糖水平、夜间血糖水平、餐后2 h血糖水平、空腹血糖水平均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组神经功能缺损评分及生活质量评分对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),经治疗,两组各项指标均较治疗前明显改善,且研究组显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通窍活血汤加减联合西药治疗糖尿病并发脑血管病疗效确切,可有效改善患者血糖水平及临床症状,提高临床疗效,同时对改善患者神经功能及生活质量具有重要意义。Objective： To explore the application value of Tongqiao Huoxue decoction combined with western medicine in treating diabetes mellitus complicated with cerebrovascular disease. Methods： 72 patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with cerebrovascular disease treated in our hospital from January 2015 to March 2016 were selected and divided into the study group （n=36） and the control group （n=36） according to the order of admission. The control group was only treated with western medicine, while the study group patients received Tongqiao Huoxue decoction on the basis of treatment of the control group. The clinical efficacy of two groups was statistically collected and blood glucose levels, neurological impairment score and quality of life score changes of two groups before and after the treatment were compared. Results： The total effective rate was 86.11% in the study group and 63.89% in the control group, and there was significant difference between the two groups （P 〈 0.05）; in the study group, the blood glucose level, night blood glucose level, blood glucose level 2h before meal and fasting blood glucose were significantly better than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）; before treatment, the difference of two groups in neural function defect score and life quality score was of no statistical significance （P 〉 0.05）, after treatment, the indexes were significantly improved compared with before treatment, the improvement of indicators of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Tongqiao Huoxue decoction combined with western medicine had exact effect in the treatment of diabetes mellitus complicated with cerebrovascular disease; it could effectively control the blood glucose level of patients and relieve the clinical symptoms, improve clinical curative effect, and had important significance in enhancing the nerve function and
