摘　　要：目的:观察消炎止痛膏局部外敷治疗PICC导管所致机械性静脉炎的效果观察及护理。方法:将我科PICC置管后导致机械性静脉炎的患者48例,随机分为观察组(24例)和对照组(24例)。观察组采用消炎止痛膏局部外敷,对照组采用常规的50%的硫酸镁局部湿热敷,观察两组患者机械性静脉炎的总有效率。结果:观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:用消炎止痛膏局部外敷治疗PICC置管后机械性静脉炎效果好,操作简单、取材方便,患者易于接受,值得临床推广应用。Objective： To observe the effect of antiphlogistic analgesic ointment in treating PICC catheter induced mechanical phlebitis and the nursing of it. Methods： 48 patients with PICC catheter induced mechanical phlebitis were randomly divided into the control group （24 cases） and the observation group- （24 cases）. The observation group received the external application of antiphlogistic analgesic ointment while the control group received local wet compress with conventional 50% magnesium sulfate, the total effective rate of two groups was observed. Results： The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Antiphlogistic analgesic ointment had significant therapeutic effect in treating PICC catheter induced mechanical phlebitis, it had the advantage of simple operation and convenient material, which made it easier for the patients to accept, therefore, it was worthy of clinical application and promotion.
