摘　　要：目的:观察推拿疗法配合中药离子导入治疗梨状肌损伤综合征的疗效。方法:对临床30例患者均采用推拿疗法配合中药离子导入治疗2个疗程后,观察疗效。结果:推拿疗法结合中药离子导入治疗梨状肌损伤综合征总有效率为96.6%,治愈率达76.6%。结论:推拿疗法结合中药离子导入治疗梨状肌损伤综合征可明显减轻症状,恢复臀部及下肢功能活动,缩短治疗周期,值得推广。Objective： To explore the effect of massage therapy combined with iontophoresis of traditional Chinese medicine in treating 30 cases ofpiriformis injury syndrome. Method： The effect of massage therapy combined with iontophoresis of traditional Chinese medicine in treating 30 cases of piriformis injury syndrome was observed after two courses. Results： The total effective rate of massage therapy combined with iontophoresis of traditional Chinese medicine was 96.6% and the cure rate was 76.6% in treating piriformis injury syndrome. Conclusions： Massage therapy combined with iontophoresis of traditional Chinese medicine could significantly relieve the symptoms in treating piriformis injury syndrome, it could restore hip and lower limb function and shorten the treatment cycle, therefore, it was worthy of promotion.
