腹部超声诊断盆腔肿块的临床应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的:探索及分析腹部超声检查诊断女性盆腔肿块的临床价值,旨在为女性盆腔疾病的临床诊断工作提供有效依据。方法:收集我院妇科2013年1月—2016年5月收治的拟行手术治疗的100例盆腔肿块患者进行临床研究,通过随机双色球分组法将患者随机分成参考组(n=50例)与试验组(n=50例),参考组患者采用经阴道超声检查技术进行诊断,试验组患者则采用腹部超声检查技术进行诊断分析。将患者的术后病理检查结果作为金标准进行对照分析,以观察两组检查方法在盆腔肿块患者中的诊断价值。结果:与术后病理检查结果对比发现,试验组患者经腹部超声检查共有48例患者明确诊断,诊断准确率为96.0%;参考组患者经阴道超声检查共有49例患者明确诊断,诊断准确率为98.0%。两种检查方法的诊断准确率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05))。结论:腹部超声检查诊断盆腔肿块具有良好的应用价值,临床实际操作时可结合阴道超声检查方法联合诊断,以提高患者的诊断准确率。Objective： To explore and analyze the clinical value of abdominal ultrasound in diagnosis of pelvic masses, with a prospect of providing effective basis for clinical diagnosis of female pelvic diseases. Methods： 100 cases of pelvic masses patients treated in our hospital from January 2013 to May 2016 were selected as research subjects and divided into the control group （50 cases） and the experiment group （50 cases） according to random grouping method, the control group was diagnosed based on transvaginal ultrasonography while the experiment group was diagnosed based on abdominal ultrasound. The postoperative pathological examination results were used as the gold standard for comparative analysis to observe the diagnostic value of two examinations of patients with pelvic masses. Results： The comparison of postoperative pathological examination results indicated that 48 cases were diagnosed clearly after abdominal ultrasound in the experiment group and the diagnostic accuracy was 96.0%, and 49 cases were diagnosed clearly after transvaginal ultrasonography in the control group and the diagnostic accuracy was 98.0%. The difference of the diagnostic accuracy of two examination method was of no statistical significance （P〉 0.05）. Conclusion： Abdominal ultrasound had good application value in diagnosis of pelvic masses and the clinical combined diagnosis of abdominal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasonography could help to improve the diagnostic accuracy.
