九型人格理论结合优质护理在恶性肿瘤患者疼痛中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨九型人格理论结合优质护理在恶性肿瘤患者疼痛中的应用研究。方法:本课题分析研究了2013年1月—2013年8月在包头市中心医院肿瘤科诊治的恶性肿瘤患者100例,通过信封抽签法随机分为两组,其中50例患者采用九型人格分析护理组,50例采用常规护理组。不仅对比分析了两种不同护理方法下患者疼痛评分的分数,旨在更好地认识和评价两种护理方式下技术的安全性,为临床上在优质护理的基础上,结合运用九型人格理论对治疗恶性肿瘤患者疼痛的安全应用提供更为深入的临床依据。应用SPSS13.0软件进行统计分析。结果:1两组病例入院首次疼痛评估程度比较变化差异无统计学意义(P=0.669)。2两组入院5 d后患者疼痛程度比较变化差异有统计学意义(P=0.000),示九型人格分析组的患者经过护理人员分析人格后给予对应护理处方,人格分析组比常规护理组患者疼痛程度显著缓解。3人格分析组患者入院前与5 d后疼痛程度比较差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。根据患者性格分析后给予疼痛护理处方,可以缓解患者的疼痛,可以作为评价指标。4常规护理组入院前与5 d后疼痛程度变化差异无统计学意义(P=0.966)。人格分析组差别有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:利用九型人格理论结合优质护理在恶性肿瘤患者的护理中,可降低患者的疼痛,提高患者的生活质量。[Abstract] Objective： To explore the application of Enneagram combined with high quality nursing in treating pain in malignant tumor patients. Methods： 100 patients with malignant tumor treated in Baotou Central Hospital from January 2013 to August 2013 were randomly divided into two groups, 50 cases were treated with Enneagram combined with high quality nursing and 50 cases were treated with routine nursing. The pain rating scores of patients were compared and analyzed to understand and evaluate the safety of nursing mode technology of two kinds of nursing, SPSS13.0 software was used for statistical analysis. Results： ①The difference of the degree of pain assessment of two groups upon admission was of no statistical significance （P=0.669）. ②5d after admission, the difference of the degree of pain assessment of two groups was of statistical significance （P=0.000）, after receiving Enneagram combined with high quality nursing, the patients pain was significantly relieved. ③The difference of degree of pain of Enneagram group 5d before and after admission was of statistical significance （P=0.000）. Nursing based on the analysis of patients personality could relieve the patients pain and could be used as evaluation index. ④ The difference of degree of pain of the routine group 5d before and after admission was of no statistical significance （P=-0.966）. Conclusion： Enneagram combined with high quality nursing could relieve the patients＇ pain and improve their life quality in treating pain in malignant tumor patients.
