摘　　要：目的:评价青石止痒软膏的安全性。方法:利用健康白家兔的完整及破损皮肤进行皮肤刺激性试验,利用健康豚鼠皮肤进行皮肤过敏性试验。结果:青石止痒软膏对家兔的完整及破损皮肤均无刺激性,对豚鼠皮肤无致敏作用。结论:青石止痒软膏外用安全。Objective： To evaluate the safety of bluestone antipruritic ointment. Methods： The skin irritation test was made on the intact and damaged skin of healthy white rabbits, and the allergic test was made on the skin of healthy guinea pig. Results： Bluestone antipruritic ointment had no irritation to the intact and damaged skin of healthy white rabbits and no allergic reactions in guinea pigs. Conclusion： Bluestone antipruritic ointment was safe in the external application.
