吡格列酮干预前后肥胖大鼠血清甘油三酯水平的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨吡格列酮对肥胖大鼠模型的血浆甘油三酯的影响。方法健康雌性SD大鼠20只,采用高脂饲料喂养8周,成模后随机分为两组,每组10只;对照组给予10 ml/kg的生理盐水。观察组每天灌胃给予吡格列酮20 mg/(kg·d),连续给药4周。两组灌胃前后测定大鼠血浆中甘油三酯含量。所获数据采用方差分析和SNK-q检验。结果两组造模前、后甘油三酯比较,P>0.05;两组给药后一周甘油三酯比较,P<0.005;两组给药2周、3周、4周后甘油三酯比较,P均<0.0005。结论吡格列酮能显著降低肥胖大鼠血浆中甘油三酯水平。Objective to investigate the pioglitazone on obese rats model of the influence of plasma triglycefides. Methods 20 healthy female SD rats, using high fat feed eight weeks, after ChengMo randomly divided into two groups, each group of 10; The control group given 10ml/kg of physiological saline, observation group to fill the stomach every day 20 mg/（kg · d） of pioglitazone, for 4 weeks in a row. two groups before and after the determination of triglyceride levels in plasma of rats. The data obtained by using analysis of variance and SNK＂ q test. Results two groups of building before and after triglycerides, P〉0.05; Two groups of triglycerides, a week after the treatment P〈0.005; Two groups of around two weeks, three weeks after the treatment, triglycerides, P〈0.0005. Conclusion pioglitazone can significantly reduce obesity in rats plasma triglyceride levels.
