摘　　要：叙述和分析了图书馆图书采购被纳入政府招投标制度后,图书馆购书经费支出的变化、馆配商的供货与服务、图书市场的格局及馆配商的特点、图书采购市场存在的问题等现状。从加强与馆配商的沟通、保持多样化的采购方式、合理利用市场优势等方面给出了图书馆与馆配商合作共赢的图书采购措施和方法。This article analyzes the changes of the library acquisition, the features of the supply and service of library suppliers and the features of the pattern of the book market, as well as the existing problems and status of book acquisition, etc. It puts forward some countermeasures and methods according to above problems from the aspects of strengthening the cooperation between the li- brary and the library suppliers, maintaining the diversity of acquisition, and making rational use of the market advantages to achieve win-win cooperation between the library and the library suppliers.
