摘　　要：应用企业能源管控系统是炼化企业提高市场竞争力的有效管理手段,也是体现现代企业能源管理水平的重要标志。文章对目前国内外炼化企业应用的能源管控系统进行了分类综述,对各类能源管控系统的主要功能及特点进行了分析,并对炼化企业能源管控系统发展趋势进行了简要阐述。Application of energy management control system is an effective management method to improve market competitiveness for refining and petrochemical enterprise,and also reflects the level of energy management for a modernized enterprise. The paper gives a classified review on energy management control systems adopted by refining and petrochemical enterprises at home and abroad,presenting their functions,features and future developing trends.
