摘 要:设计了一种基于输出电压反馈的弱磁控制策略。该控制策略根据逆变器PWM调制度判断电流调节器的饱和状况,计算直轴电流,使其运行远离饱和区,并合理设计PWM调制度门限值,使得控制电流在弱磁区和非弱磁区平滑转换,对母线电压变化和电机参数不确定性有很好的鲁棒控制性能。实验结果表明该控制策略控制精度高,鲁棒性好,可提高IPMSM控制系统运行效率,同时保证在全转速范围内转矩具备良好的可控性。In this paper, a flux weakening control strategy based on output voltage feedback is designed. The control strategy uses inverter PWM modulation to judge the saturated condition of current regulator. Direct axis current is recalculated, so that it runs away from the saturation zone. PWM modulation threshold is designed reasonably and the control current is converted smoothly between the flux weakening region and the non -flux weakening region. And the busbar voltage change and motor parameter uncertainty has good robust control performance. The experiment result verifies that the control strategy has high control precision and good robustness, which can improve the operation efficiency of the IPMSM control system and ensure the good controllability of the torque in the whole speed range.
