摘 要:介绍了基于太阳能集热技术与冰雪融化技术研发的1种新型太阳能融雪净水系统,主要由太阳能聚光集热系统、促冰雪快速融化系统、融雪水净水3大功能系统组成。阐述了主要功能系统的设计思路与研制过程,搭建了聚光面积为10 m^2聚光集热融雪系统,并进行实际天气下的实验。结果表明,聚光集热融雪系统集热效果良好,空载情况下40 min可升至100℃;系统在10:00-14:00时可保持稳态产水,平均有效效率可达39%;实际天气下,运行时间内平均太阳辐照度大于等于0.8 k W/m^2时,新型太阳能融雪净水系统日产水量可达200 L以上。This paper introduces a new type of solar energy snow water purification system, which is based on the technology of solar energy collection and ice and snow melting. The system is mainly composed of three main parts: solar concentrator system, snow melting system, water purification system. The main thought of the system design and development process are described, and a 10 m^2 condensing and collecting snowmelt system was set up, and the experiments were carded out under the actual weather conditions. The experimental results show that collecting heat melting system heat collecting effect is good, under the condition of no load 40 min can be rose to 100 ℃ ; the system can maintain steady water production between 10:00- 14:00, the average effective rate up to 39%; in actual weather condition, when run time average solar irradiance is greater than equal to 0.8 kW/m^2, the daily water production of new solar snow melting system is 200 liters and above.
