摘 要:针对煤化工废水水质复杂、生物毒性高导致生化处理设施运行稳定性差的问题,通过中试研究了有机营养剂对煤化工废水A/O生化系统活性生物量及其处理效能的提高作用。结果表明,在进水以煤气化废水为主,COD约400 mg/L、NH_4^+-N的质量浓度约100 mg/L的条件下,通过适量投加有机营养剂可在10 d内使系统脱氢酶活性增加6.7%,ρ(MLVSS)/ρ(MLSS)提高0.088;出水COD从50 mg/L左右降至35 mg/L左右,菌胶团结构更加密实,丝状菌数量显著减少;在水力负荷提升时,投加有机营养剂可使生化系统出水水质更加稳定。以上结果表明使用有机营养剂可使现有煤化工废水生化处理设施稳定性明显增强,处理效能显著提高。Coal chemical industry wastewater usually contains toxic compounds, which makes the biological treatment system lack of stability. To enhance the microbes in the activated sludge may help to improve the system performance. Organic nutrients were used to achieve this goal in pilot scale experiment. When the COD and mass concentration of NH4^+-N of the inlet coal gasification wastewater was around 400 mg/L and 100 mg/L respectively, the organic nutrients addition can increase the dehydrogenase activity by 6.7%, p(MLVSS)/p(MLSS) by 0.088 and decrease the effluent COD from 50 to 35 mg/L. The biological system cultivated with organic nutrients can give more stable effluent quality than the system without organic nutrients addition. It seems that the organic nutrients can help to make the existing coal chemical wastewater treatment system works more stably and effectively.
