摘 要:PET高瓶颈瓶在吹制过程中由于其瓶型的特殊性,容易出现瓶子被吹破、瓶底堆料、产生泪滴状斑点、瓶身发白等现象导致壁厚分布不均匀,增加了瓶体产生缺陷的概率,使产品合格率降低。针对生产PET高瓶颈瓶过程中出现的产品缺陷问题,从工艺方面分析了影响PET高瓶颈瓶壁厚分布不均匀的因素,分别进行单因素试验和正交试验。研究表明,单因素试验不能确定最优壁厚,通过正交试验极差和方差分析确定影响壁厚的主次因素水平依次为:冷却水水温为7.3℃,拉伸杆拉伸速为0.85m·s^-1,三层红外加热灯管电压为105V,PET高瓶颈瓶壁厚为0.511mm,PET高瓶颈瓶合格率提高了3.1%,试验研究可为其他型号的吹瓶机械的工艺参数的优化提供参考。。Due to the bottle blow partlcu broken arity of the bottle type of PET high bottle neck, in the blowing process prone to the bottom of the bottle stacker, teardrop shaped spots, a bottle body hair white phenomenon leads to wall thickness distribution is not uniform, increases the probability of bottle defects, reduce the rate of qualified products. Aiming at the product defects in the process of producing PET high bottle neck, from the aspects of process analyzes the influence factor on PET high bottle neck wall thickness, single factor test and orthogonal test are experimented, the study shows that the single factor can not determine the optimal wall thickness, by orthogonal test, range analysi is as fo s 11 and variance analysis to determine the main factors affecting the level of the wall thickness ows: the cooling water temperature is 7.3℃, the stretching rod stretching speed is 0.85 m·s^-1, three layers of infrared heating lamp voltage is 105V, the PET high bottle neck wall thickness is 0.511 mm, PET high bottle neck product qualification rate increased by 3.1%. The experimental study can provide reference for the optimization of the process parameters of other types of blow molding machines
