摘　　要：目的探究腹腔镜手术联合米非司酮治疗对子宫内膜异位症患者基质金属蛋白酶-9（MMP-9）、组织基质金属蛋白酶抑制剂-1（TIMP-1）的影响。方法选取2014年8月至2015年6月于中国人民解放军第202医院进行腹腔镜手术的子宫内膜异位症患者90例，依入院时间分为两组，每组45例。对照组术后实施常规抗生素服用，观察组在对照组基础上连续给予米非司酮90d，进行为期半年的随访，检测并对比两组患者MMP-9、TIMP-1水平，记录患者痛经、慢性盆腔疼痛、月经紊乱及药物副作用等症状。结果两组患者MMP-9、TIMP-I水平均低于腹腔镜手术前，差异显著（P〈0．05）；观察组下降幅度优于对照组，差异显著（P〈0．05）；对照组患者痛经、腹痛、月经紊乱及药物副作用等症状发生几率大于观察组，差异显著（P〈0．05）。结论腹腔镜手术联合米非司酮治疗子宫内膜异位症可显著降低患者MMP-9、TIMP-1水平，降低患者痛经、慢性盆腔疼痛、月经紊乱及药物副作用等症状的发生几率，提高治疗有效率。Objective to explore the laparoscopic surgery with mifepristone therapy in patients with endometriosis MMP - 9 and TIMP - 1. Methods select August 2014 - June 2015 in our hospital 90 cases of endometriosis patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery,in accordance with the admission time was divided into two groups, 45 cases/group. Control group routine antibiotic use, post-operative observation group in the control group on the basis of continuous get 90 d, for half a year of follow-up, testing and compared two groups of patients with MMP - 9 and TIMP - 1 level, record the patient dysmenorrhea, chronic pelvic pain,menstrual disorder and drug side effects and other symptoms. Results two groups of patients the level of MMP - 9 and TIMP - 1 was lower than before laparoscopic surgery,significant difference （P〈0.05）; Observation group decreased than control group, significant difference （P〈0.05） ; The control group patients with dysmenorrhea, symptoms such as abdominal pain, menstrual disorders and drug side effects the risk is greater than the observation group,significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion laparoscopic surgery combined mifepristone treatment of patients with endometriosis can significantly reduce the MMP - 9 and TIMP - 1 level, reduce the patients with dysmenorrhea,chronic pelvic pain,menstrual disorders,and risk symptoms such as drug side effects,improve the treatment efficiency.
