广西壮族IgA肾病患者的TCRCα-560C/T基因多态分布的临床分析

摘　　要：目的研究广西壮族IgA肾病患者的TCRCα-560 C/T基因多态性,并探讨其与IgA肾病的关系。方法选择广西壮族IgA肾病患者(观察组)109例和正常健康壮族体检者(对照组)133例。采用PCR-RFLP法和PCR产物直接测序法对其TCRCα-560 C/T基因多态性进行分析。结果两组基因型及等位基因频率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。TCRCα-560 C/T基因型分布频率与性别、24 h尿蛋白、是否存在肉眼血尿无关,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。而有无感染诱因和是否高血压有关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论广西壮族IgA肾病患者与其TCRCα-560 C/T基因多态分布并无相关性,但是TCRCα-560 C/T基因多态分布可能与广西壮族IgA肾病患者感染诱因、高血压发生率有关。Objective To study the polymorphism of TCRCα- 560 C/T gene in patients with IgA nephropathy in Guangxi Zhung nationality,and to explore its relationship with IgA nephropathy. Methods A total of 109 patients with IgA nephropathy（ observation group） and 133 healthy Zhuang persons as control group. The polymorphism of TCRCα- 560 C/T gene had been analyzed by PCR- RFLP method and PCR sequencing. Results The difference in genotypes and allele frequency between these two groups was not significant（P〈0. 05）. The distribution of frequency of genotypes of TCRCα- 560 C/T and gender,24 hUP,if there was no gross hematuria,had no statistically significant difference（P〈0. 05）,and whether they were difference in causes of hypertension with or without infection,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Patients with IgA nephropathy in Guangxi Zhuang nationality have no correlation with polymorphism of TCRCα- 560 C/T gene,but polymorphism of TCRCα- 560 C/T gene may be related to the incidence of hypertension in patients with IgA nephropathy in Guangxi Zhuang nationality.
