摘　　要：林肯的政治业绩被冠以"自由的新生"之美名。他通过强调自由与平等的一致性反对奴隶制,使得《独立宣言》中的"人人生而平等"原则所蕴含的普遍主义力量被释放出来。他通过强化自由与民主的一致性领导人民,使得人民能够勇敢而理性地克服自身的错误观念,坚定地遵循立国理念团结为"一"。他通过捍卫自由与联邦的一致性强化权力,使得宪法能够支撑起强大的共和国,克服自身的分裂、保卫人民的自由、增进社会的繁荣。申明并运用自由与平等、民主、联邦的一致性是林肯获取巨大力量创造其伟大业绩的根源所在。Abraham Lincoln＇s political achievement is named ＂new birth of freedom＂. By underlining the consistency between freedom and equality he was against the slavery, which made the power of ＂all men are created equal＂ in Declaration release. By strengthening the consistency between freedom and democracy he leaded his people and made them overcome their own erroneous ideas bravely and rationally, which reunited them as One according the Founding Idea. By defending the consistency between freedom and commonwealth he intensified the power and made Constitution sustain the strong commonwealth to defeat secession, protect people＇s freedom, and to prompt social prosperity. Declaring and applying the consistency between freedom and equality, democracy and commonwealth is the root of Lincoln＇s power and achievement.
