摘　　要：互联网+的发展,给数字图书馆的资源整合战略带来了新的技术支持环境。文章分析了数字图书馆在互联网+的推动下,深化资源整合的必要性,并从整合方式、整合技术、整合原则、馆员配置等方面提出了在互联网+环境下,数字图书馆实施资源整合的策略。The development of ＂Intemet ＋＂ has brought new technical support environment to digital library resource integration strategy. This paper analyzed the necessity of digital library resource integration with the drive of ＂Intemet ＋＂ , and put forward the integration strategy in the environment of ＂Intemet ＋＂ from the integration way, integration technology, integration principle and the configuration of librarians etc.
