摘　　要：电子图书的兴起和迅速发展对图书馆的图书采购工作提出了新的要求,电子图书的采购数量逐年增加。文章通过分析馆员决策采购和读者荐购采购的优势和弊端,详细论述了如何"以读者为中心"灵活采购电子图书。The rise and rapid dcvclopmcnt of e-books havc put forward new requirements for the book procurc-mcnt in library while the procurement quantity of c-books was incrcasing ）,car by year. This paper discussed in detail the advantages and shortcomings of both librarian decision and reader recommendation procurement, and introduced the e-books procurement with readers ccntcrcd.
