摘　　要：宽流道板式换热器在含固体、晶体、纤维、浆状物质及高黏度介质流体余热回收场合被广泛应用。传统的可拆卸宽流道板式换热器耐温、耐压受垫片性质决定,应用场合很受局限。开发的激光焊无触点宽流道板式换热器不但承压高,而且采用了可拆卸盖板设计便于内部清洗降低检维修成本,设备具备良好的应用前景。Wide channel plate heat exchanger is widely applied in cases where the fluids with solid, crystal, fiber, paste and high viscosity materials are involved. The characteristics of traditional removable wide channel plate heat exchanger in heat resistance and pressure resistance are determined with the properties of gasket, thus its application is limited. Laser welded wide channel plate heat exchanger has been developed. It has the advantages of not only high load capacity in pressure, but also using removable cover plate so as to reduce the cost in inner part cleaning and maintenance. Therefore this equipment must have good perspective in industrial application.
