论参与大型赛事志愿服务对大学生志愿者职业素养的影响——以南京体育学院青奥会志愿者为例

摘　　要：2014青年奥林匹克运动会在南京的成功举办,对在校大学生志愿者的影响,特别是在职业素养方面的问题亟待研究。通过文献综述法、问卷调查法、访谈法、逻辑分析法、数理统计法等方法,着力研究参与大型赛事志愿服务在职业期望、职业纪律、职业能力、职业道德的职业素养四个方面的影响。研究发现:参与大型赛事志愿服务对大学生志愿者们的职业期望更加强烈、明确,大型赛事志愿服务活动培养了大学生职业纪律,提高了职业能力,强化了大学生的职业道德,引导大学生形成正确的价值观和就业观,给茫然的大学生在就业指导、职业选择等方面找到光明道路,更好地引导毕业生就业,为大学生积极走向社会、适应社会奠定了坚实的基础。本次调研具有一定的原创性,对提高大学生职业素养的途径、志愿服务工作的组织实施、激励机制建设,对大学生的职业生涯规划的指导具有一定的参考、借鉴意义。The 2014 Youth Olympic Games successfully held in Nanjing, greatly affected college students volunteer, especially in terms of professionalism issues. This study mainly focus on research of influence of profession- alism in major sport event of college students volunteer with four aspects of influence ： professional discipline, professional ability, professional ethics, professional quality through literature review, questionnaires, interviews meth- od, logical analysis, mathematical statistics, etc. Results show that students who participate in major events volun- teer service have more intense and clearer job expectan- cy, large-scale events volunteer service activities cultivate university students professional discipline, improve the professional capacity, strengthen the college students of professional ethics, to guide students the correct values and employment outlook, to help students find employment guidance, career choices and other aspects of a bright road, to better guide the graduates for college students ac- tively to society, to adapt to society and lay a solid founda- tion. The research has a certain originality, to improve the way college students professionalism, organization and im- plementation of volunteer work, the construction of the incentive mechanism to guide the career planning of college students have some reference.
