农村社区土地集约节约利用评价与对策--以株洲市云峰湖社区为例

摘　　要：土地节约集约利用是实现新型城镇化的首要战略。对株洲云峰湖社区的土地集约节约利用评价表明:该区土地集约节约利用综合水平高,利用结构合理,但土地投入强度和利用效率水平较低,应遵循集中布局原则,合理控制建设用地增量和总量,引导城镇用地内部结构调整,规范整合农村建设用地,统筹安排基础设施用地。The land saving and intensive use are the primary strategy to realize the new urbanization. In this paper, taking Yunfeng Lake Community in Zhuzhou City as an example, based on the connotation of intensive land use, construction of the rural community of intensive land use evaluation index system, and using the AHP analysis method of land intensive utilization evaluation of Yunfeng Lake community conservation through quantitative analysis, we conducted the investigation. The results show that the land intensive and economical utilization of Yunfeng Lake community comprehensive high level, at the same time, the structure of land use is quite reasonable, but the land investment intensity and land use efficiency is relatively low. This paper puts forward some countermeasures according to the results： the reasonable control of land increment and the total amount of urban construction; guide the adjustment of the internal structure; it is to standardize the integration of rural construction land; land arrangement infrastructure; follow the planning and construction of centralized layout principle.
