高校离退休教职工健康状况的调查研究

摘　　要：目的了解高校离退休教职工的健康状况,为进一步有针对性地做好离退休教职工的预防保健工作提供依据。方法对某高校离退休教职工于2015年4-6月进行健康检查,并选取其中资料完整者749人作为研究对象,对研究对象的健康检查结果进行分析。结果研究对象体质指数(BMI)平均值为(24.52±3.41)kg/m2。且55.41%的研究对象存在超质量或肥胖,其中58.96%的男性存在超质量或肥胖,50.52%的女性存在超质量或肥胖。研究对象高血压检出率为47.66%,血脂异常检出率为48.87%,糖尿病及空腹血糖受损检出率分别为9.48%及22.70%,且不同性别研究对象高血压、空腹血糖受损及血脂异常检出率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究对象心电图异常检出率为38.18%,且不同性别研究对象心电图异常检出率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究对象脂肪肝检出率为46.86%,慢性胃炎检出率为30.71%,高尿酸血症检出率为13.08%。不同性别研究对象慢性胃炎、胃下垂、肝囊肿检出率比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高校医疗保健机构应针对不同年龄段的离退休教职工进行个体化、常态化的健康宣教及健康检查方案设计,完善离退休教职工的健康管理工作。且高校医疗保健机构应以患者为中心,推进并完善家庭医生签约服务,真正发挥健康守门人的作用。Objective To investigate the health condition of the retired staff of university,so as to provide evidence to improve the preventive healthcare service for the retired staff.Methods From April to June 2015,a health check-up was performed among the retired staff of our university.A total of 749 subjects with complete data were included for analysis.Results Of these subjects,the mean body mass index（BMI）was 24.52±3.41kg/m2.Up to 55.41% of subjects were considered overweight or obese;58.96% of males and 50.52% of females were overweight or obese.The prevalence of hypertension,dyslipidemia,diabetes and impaired fasting glucose（IFG）was 47.66%,48.87%,9.48%and 22.70%,respectively;and significant differences were noted between males and females in terms of the prevalence of hypertension,dyslipidemia and IFG（P〈0.05）.The prevalence of abnormal ECG was 38.18%,and significant gender difference was observed as well（P〈0.05）.The prevalence of fatty liver,chronic gastritis,and hyperuricemia was 46.86%,30.71% and 13.08%,respectively;and significant differences were identified between males and females in terms of the prevalence of chronic gastritis,gastroptosis and hepatic cyst（P 0.05）.Conclusion Health education and health check-up should be performed among university retired staff of different age groups on an individualized and regular basis,and health management efforts should also be strengthened.Moreover,university health institutions should provide patient-centered and family physician contract services,fulfilling their role as health guardians.
