摘　　要：目的探讨黄河三角洲地区高血压患者对疾病认知水平以及社区干预和护理策略相关问题。方法自行设计社区高血压病知识问卷,对118例高血压病病人危险因素、症状知识、危害性知识、治疗知识、预防保健知识进行调查,采取健康教育、运动干预、心理干预、饮食干预、药物干预等方法,分析采取干预策略对高血压患者认知水平的影响。结果社区护理干预可明显提高高血压患者对疾病的认知水平和血压控制率。结论对高血压患者采取社区护理干预策略,提高社区高血压患者疾病知识认知水平,有效控制血压,预防疾病发展,改善患者健康行为,提高患者生活质量。Ojeive o inveige he ogniion of diee in hypeenive pien in Yellow ive Del nd he eled polem of ommuniy inevenion nd nuing egy.Mehod We deigned he ommuniy hypeenion knowledge queionnie,nd inveiged 118 hypeenive pien wih he ik fo,ympom knowledge,hm knowledge,emen knowledge nd pevenive helh knowledge.Helh eduion,exeie inevenion,pyhologil inevenion,die inevenion nd dug inevenion wee ued o nlyze he influene of inevenion egy on he ogniive level of hypeenive pien.eul he egie of ommuniy nuing inevenion n enhne ogniive level of pien nd inee he e of lood peue onol.onluion king he ommuniy nuing inevenion egie o pien wih high lood peue n ie he level of diee knowledge,onol lood peue effeively,peven diee developmen,impove pien helh ehvio nd impove he life quliy of he pien.
