摘 要:为了确定预应力混凝土结构中钢绞线的腐蚀速率模型,通过试验研究获得了不同氯盐浓度和含水率条件下预应力混凝土中钢绞线的腐蚀速率,结果表明:当混凝土含水率低于4.5%时,钢绞线腐蚀速率由电化学极化条件控制;当混凝土含水率高于4.5%时,钢绞线腐蚀速率由氧扩散条件控制;各种含水率下随着氯盐浓度的增加,钢绞线的失重率呈增大趋势.根据试验数据和已有的基本理论模型,通过回归分析和数据拟合得到电化学极化控制下钢绞线腐蚀速率基本模型,模型显示:随着Cl-浓度和混凝土含水率的升高,腐蚀速率都会升高,但其影响呈减速发展趋势.In order to define the corrosion rate models of steel strands in prestressed concrete, through experimental study, the corrosion rate of steel strands in concrete under different concentration of chlorine and different moisture content was obtained. The results show that the corrosion rate of steel strands is controlled by the electrochemical polarization when the moisture content of concrete is under 4.5 %,and the corrosion rate is controlled by the concentration polarization of oxygen when the moisture content is over 4.5 % ;the rate of the weight loss of steel strands tends to increase with the increase of the concentration of Cl- in various moisture content. Based on the test data and the existing theoretical model, through regression analysis and data fitting, the basic model of the corrosion rate of steel strands controlled by electrochemical polarization was obtained. The model shows that the corrosion rate will rise with the increase of the concentration of Cl and the moisture content of concrete, hut the trend of the impact is to slow down.
