村民自治中的农民政治冷漠问题探析——基于山西省盂县东庄头村的调查

摘　　要：随着社会主义民主政治的不断推进,农民在政治参与方面的总体意识不断增强,但在村民自治实施过程中,农民由于种种原因不能充分参与其中,不利于基层民主政治的健康发展。文章以山西省盂县东庄头村为个案,通过分析该村农民政治冷漠产生的原因,提出了消解农民政治冷漠的几点建议:多渠道提升村民的文化素质和政治技能;增强农村集体经济对农民的吸引力;政府发挥主导作用,为吸引精英人才留守农村创造更多的机会;利用网络资源提高农民的政治参与度。With the continuous advance of the socialist democratic politics,political participation awareness of farmers is growing,but in the implementation process of villagers＇ autonomy,farmers can not fully involved in due to various reasons,which is not advantageous to the healthy development of grassroots democracy. The paper presents several suggestions digesting peasants＇ political apathy as Dong Zhuang Tou village in Yuxian County Shanxi Province as a case through analysing the reasons for the political apathy of peasants：improving multi- channel villagers＇ cultural qualities and political skills; enhancing the attractiveness to farmers of the collective economy of villages; government play a leading role to attract talents staying in rural areas to create more opportunities; improving farmers＇ political participation using network resources.
