摘　　要：随着大学生就业难问题的凸显,大学就业指导课越来越引起高校的重视,认真做好就业指导研究,切实发挥就业指导课对大学生的教育指导作用;从就业指导工作中反思人才培养的缺陷,提高人才培养质量,营造全员育人、全过程育人的良好氛围,从而使更多的大学生顺利就业、高层次就业,有着十分重要的意义。As the development of college students＇ employment problem highlighted,the employment guidance course has attracted more and more attention in universities.The further study about employment guidance plays a guiding role in the course of employment guidance education of college students.The reflection of talent training defects in employment guidance will improve the quality of personnel training and create a good atmosphere for educating students in the whole process of educating.The above-mentioned study will be significant for the college graduates＇ successful employment and their higher-level employment.
