高校应用型人才培养的实践教学体系构建研究——以工商管理本科专业为例

摘　　要：应用型人才的培养是实现国家人才战略、保障社会人才供给、发掘高校创新人才、提高大学生就业率的关键一环,同时,随着近年来教育的发展,工商管理本科专业已遍布各大高校,成为学生选择的热门专业。为保证工商管理本科专业快速、稳定的发展,必须形成以实践教学体系为支撑的人才培养方案。通过对目前实践教学体系构建的必要性进行分析,探索构建实践教学体系的具体内容及实现方法。Applied talents cultivation is the strategy to ensure the s talents supply. To improve the employment rate of university students and ensure rapid and stable development of our economy, the practice teaching system has to be established to support the talent training program. This article analyzed the necessity of the construction of a practical teaching system in colleges and explored the specific contents of practice teaching system.
