摘　　要：针对恶劣天气下监视信号的困难性,以D5000系统为平台,严格按照《变电站典型信息表》统一接入监控系统的信息格式,制定了防范措施,实现了不同责任区的分别监视,对于开关无法实现远方操作的变电站,提前恢复有人值班,由运维人员操作,减少监控员的工作量,提高了工作效率,保证了事故处理的及时性。Aiming at the difficulty of monitoring signal in bad weather, taking DS000 system as a platform, in strict accordance with the information format of unified access control system in Typical Information Table, preventive measures are established to achieve the monitoring of different areas with responsibility respectively. As to the substation that can not realize remote operation, shift is conducted in advance, which operated by the operation and maintenance personnel, reducing the workload of monitoring staff, improving work efficiency, and ensuring the timely treatment of accidents.
