摘　　要：文章首先确定工程的防治目标,然后从水土保持的实际出发,结合工程建设的特点,进行全面规划,综合治理,建立分区防治措施体系。各分区通过采取相应的防护工程和植物措施,对可能造成的水土流失进行有效地防治,以减轻工程建设所产生的水土流失影响。First,the control goal of engineering is determined,then starting from the actual and the characteristics of engineering construction. The article carries on the overall plan,the comprehensive management,the establishment of the district control measure system. By taking appropriate protective engineering and plant measures,It can effectively prevent and control soil erosion,It reduces the influence of water and soil loss caused by engineering construction.
