摘　　要：作者通过分析社交图式的个人图式、角色图式、情境图式及情感图式在经历文化休克四个阶段的具体冲突体现,旨在帮助认知和理解跨文化交际中的各种文化差异,调整并构建相应的新图式以保证跨文化交际的顺利进行,从而减少休克现象的发生。The author of this paper analyzes the specific conflicting caused by individual schema of social schema, role schema, contex- tual schema and affective schema in the course of cultural shock, the purpose of which is to help recognize and understand the cultural differences in cross-cultural communication, adjust and construct new corresponding schema so as to ensure the smooth cross-cultural communication for the sake of reducing the cultural shock.
