摘 要:目的研究消除蓄能器外壳底部冷挤开裂的预成形设计方案。方法对原成形工艺过程进行数值模拟,发现冷挤凹六角星时裂纹发生位置的损伤值较大。为消除底部凹六角星开裂问题,提出在原工艺温反挤成形阶段进行筒底凹六角星处的凹圆台预成形,以降低后续冷挤凹六角星时该区域的流动变形程度。结果通过具有不同圆台高度和凸台锥角的预成形设计方案成形过程的对比分析,给出了合理的凹圆台预成形设计方案。采用改进方案进行冷挤凹六角星时,裂纹发生处的损伤值显著降低,且筒底六角星区域的损伤值分布更均匀。结论采用预成形挤压方案可有效消除蓄能器外壳底部开裂,产品成品率达到100%,生产质量得到了保证。The work aims to study perform design of eliminating accumulator shell's bottom crack occurred during cold extrusion. The original forming process was simulated, which shows that the damage value of the location where crack occurred is bigger. To remove the bottom crack problem, this paper puts forward the bottom concave hexagonal star's performing in the warm forming stages to reduce materials flow deformation degree of this region in the subsequent cold extrusion. By comparative analysis for perform design schemes of the different height and angle of frustum of a cone, this paper gives a reasonable concave frustum of a cone perform design. After improving, the damage value where crack happened is significantly lower, and the damage value distribution is more uniform. The perform extrusion scheme can effectively eliminate the crack at the bottom of the accumulator shell. The finished product rate of accumulator shell reaches 100%. and the nroduction quality is guaranteed.
