摘 要:目的研究电磁铆接结构使用性能,探究该技术在汽车装配领域应用的可行性。方法开展Φ6 mm-Q235钢铆钉电磁铆接工艺试验,分析电磁铆接结构干涉配合质量、抗剪切性能以及疲劳性能。结果铆钉钉杆中间位置干涉量最大,半圆头位置的干涉量最小,平均干涉量可达1.84%;剪切测试表明电磁铆接结构最大可承受11.85 k N剪切载荷,剪切失效位置发生在铆接板交界处;最大循环载荷8.3 k N时电磁铆接结构疲劳周期高达53万次,而且疲劳失效均发生在铆钉变形较小的半圆头位置。结论电磁铆接结构干涉量、抗剪切性能和疲劳性能良好,均符合实际服役需求。To investigate service performances of electromagnetic riveted structures and explore the possibility of this technology used in car assembly field. Electromagnetic riveting experiments with Φ6 mm-Q235 steel rivets were performed in this paper. And the interference fit, shear strength and fatigue property of electromagnetic riveted structures were analyzed. The maximum interference fit located on the middle of the rivet shaft. The interference fit on the semi-circle part of rivet shaft was minimum, and the average of interference fit was 1.84%. Shear tests demonstrated that the maximum bearing shear load was 11.85 kN, and the fracture occurred between the double riveted sheets. The fatigue cycles of electromagnetic riveted structures were 53 thousand under the maximum cyclic load 53 kN. The fatigue failure occurred on the semi-circle part of rivet shaft. The interference, shear strength and fatigue property of electromagnetic riveted structures were very good, and accorded with service performance requirements.
