摘　　要：当前DGPS技术可便捷有效地提高GPS定位精度。DGPS数据在传输过程中通常采用RTCM数据格式。介绍了目前普遍采用的RTCM V3.0数据格式,提出一种RTCM V3.0数据解码的思路。由于解码过程中涉及多个关键问题,故对其进行详细分析,并通过编程最终实现数据解码。此外,为了便于后续GPS数据分析处理,在解码的基础上利用解码结果实现了GPS数据处理中最为常用的RINEX格式文件的生成,包括导航电文文件的生成以及观测数据文件的生成,为下一步数据处理提供了便捷。Currently, DGPS technology can effectively improve the positioning accuracy of GPS. RTCM data format is usually used during data transmission in DGPS. RTCM V3.0 data format is introduced, and a method of RTCM V3.0 decoding is proposed. Since several key issues are involved in data decoding, it is necessary to analyze these issues. Eventually data decoding is achieved by programming. In addition, in order to facilitate the subsequent GPS data processing and analysis, data decoded is transformed into RINEX file, which is the most commonly used data format in GPS data processing. To provide a convenience for the next step of data processing, RINEX file of navigation message and observation data are generated.
