铅、铬单一和复合胁迫对花生种子萌发的影响

摘  要:采用水培的方法,研究比较了Pb^(2+)、Cr^(6+)单一和复合胁迫对花生(Arachis hypogaea L.)种子萌发的影响。结果表明,低浓度的Pb^(2+)、Cr^(6+)单一处理均可促进种子萌发,高浓度则抑制种子萌发,复合胁迫对花生种子萌发的影响大于单一胁迫。从各萌发指标受影响的程度来看,胚根长受Pb^(2+)、Cr^(6+)单一和复合胁迫的影响均大于胚芽长和胚鲜重。Effects of Pb^2+,Cr^6+single and combined stress on seed germination of peanut( Arachis hypogaea L.) was studied in this paper by the hydroponic method. The results showed that seed germination of peanut was promoted under the low concentration of Pb^2+,Cr^6+single treatment,the seed germination was inhibited in high concentration of Pb^2+,Cr^6+single treatment. The seed germination in the combined treatment was inhibited more than in single stress treatment. The radicle length was effected more than germ length and embryo fresh weight in single and combined stress treatment.
