摘　　要：根据含氢氟酸及硅的稀硝酸废水采用调节池+化学混凝+膜系统+三效蒸发器的处理工艺。结果表明,该组合工艺运行稳定后,运行效果达到《江苏省太湖流域水环境综合治理实施方案》的标准,为含氢氟酸及硅的稀硝酸废水处理工艺的设计和运行提供了成功的经验。according to the containing hydrofluoric acid and silicon dilute nitric acid wastewater by regulating pond ＋ chemical coagulation treatment process of coagulation and membrane system ＋ triple effect evaporator. The results show that the combined process is stable, run the effect to achieve ＂ , Jiangsu Province, Taihu Lake Basin comprehensive management of water environment in the implementation of the programme＂ , containing hydrofluoric acid and silicon dilute nitric acid wastewater treatment process design and operation provide successful experience.
