摘 要:为从真空断路器振动信号中获取凸轮是否对中的状态信息,提出了一种基于时频分析提取特征值的方法。首先,对振动信号进行时域分析,得到信号的能量分布;再通过对断路器合闸的振动信号进行短时傅里叶变换,并采用平滑伪魏格纳–维尔分布对其解析信号进行分析,对比2种时频分析结果发现,后者的时频聚集度更高,且便于提取Renyi信息量特征值。研究表明,对比凸轮对中状态,凸轮偏中状态的时频分布Renyi信息量增加1位左右,或者更多。这种量化的特征值方法为真空断路器振动诊断的可行性提供了新的论据。In order to acquire state information whether the cam is in alignment from vibration signals of vacuum circuit breaker, this paper presents a kind of method for extracting characteristic value based on time-frequency analysis. It firstly conducts time domain analysis for vibration signals so as to obtain energy distribution of signals, then carries on short-time Fourier transform on closing vibration signals of the breaker as well as employs smooth pseudo Wigner-Ville distribution to analyzing analytic signals. Comparing results of two time-frequency analysis methods, it discovers that time-frequency con- centration of the latter one is higher and is easy to extract Renyi information characteristic value. Research indicates Renyi information of time-frequency distribution in alignment state has increasedone approximately or more. This kind of quantita- tive method for analyzing characteristic value can provide new evidence for feasibility of vibration diagnosis for the vacuum circuit breaker.
