摘  要:把60名肥胖青少年随机分成两组,进行为期12周的实验训练,两组青少年每周接受5次有氧指导训练,训练时间保持在一小时以上,实验组的青少年在训练过程当中补充L-肉碱2hg/d,对照组青少年服用相应剂量的安慰剂,对两组受试青少年进行实时观察监测。结果显示:实验组青少年的身体形态、体脂含量、最大吸氧量等指标均优于对照组。L-肉碱配合有氧耐力运动能够有效的促进青少年的身体脂肪代谢,并达到良好的减肥效果。Twelve weeks of experimental training were given to sixty obese adolescents who are randomly divided into two groups,both of them accept aerobic training for five times a week and the training time is more than one hour,the experimental group was given Lcarnitine 2hg / d as supplement in the process of training while the control group was given corresponding dose of placebo. Situ observation was carried out. The results show that the body shapes,body fat content,maximal oxygen content and other indexes of the experimental group were better than those of the control group. It comes to a conclusion that the combination of L-carnitine and aerobic endurance exercise can effectively promote fat metabolism,having a good effect of losing weight.
