摘 要:在混掺玄武岩纤维与尼龙纤维增强水泥砂浆的基础上掺入硅灰,利用硅灰的火山灰效应和微集料填充效应改善纤维与砂浆的界面性能,充分发挥纤维对砂浆的增强作用。研究了硅灰掺量对纤维砂浆的工作性、抗折强度和剪切黏结强度的影响,并对硅灰在纤维砂浆中的作用机理进行了分析。结果表明,硅灰的掺入能有效改善纤维砂浆的抗折强度和剪切黏结强度,并且能显著提高纤维与砂浆界面的黏结强度,但砂浆的工作性随着硅灰掺量的增加而降低。本试验条件下,硅灰最适宜的掺量为8%。Adding silica fume into the cement mortar reinforced by basalt and nylon fiber, the interface properties of fiber and mortar could be improved by pozzolanie effect and micro-aggregate filling effect of silica fume, so the enhancement effect of fiber on mortar could be significantly enhanced. The effects of silica fume eontent on workability, flexural strength and shear bond strength of fiber reinforced mortar were studied, and the mechanism of silica fume in fiber mortar was analyzed. The test results showed that silica fume could improve the flexural strength and shear bond strength of fiber mortar effectively. Apart from this, the interface bond strength Of fiber and mortar could be improved significantly; However, the workability of mortar was decreased with the increase of silica fume content. The optimum content of silica fume was 8% in this experimental conditions.
