摘  要:【目的】探讨利用中国知网大数据优化科技期刊的选题策划,以提高科技期刊的影响力。【方法】以《中国实用内科杂志》"急性胰腺炎的诊治"选题策划为例,介绍该期选题背景、如何利用资源总库文献检索系统中的被引频次和下载频次判断研究热点、利用中国知网的学术趋势搜索模块验证选题策划以及检索功能确定撰稿专家等过程,并分享经验体会。【结果】急性胰腺炎选题刊出后受到了读者及作者的广泛欢迎,大份发行增加了3000册,出售单行本3000份,同时中国知网显示下载量和被引频次增加显著。【结论】《中国知网》大数据对科技期刊编辑了解学科热点、了解学科发展态势和发展方向提供了辅助信息,并为选取合适的约稿专家提供了线索。[ Purposes] This paper aims to discuss the promotion of the topic-design of scientific journals by using big data of CNKI to enhance the influence of Chinese scientific journals. [ Methods ] Taking the topic-design of "diagnosis and treatment of acute pancreatitis" published in Chinese Journal of Practical Internal Medicine as an example, we introduced the background, analyzed how to use the resources database retrieval system of citation and download frequency to judge the research focus. We also introduced the process of using CNKI academic trends of search module to verify the topic-design and using the search function to determine the experts of manuscripts. [ Findings ] Big data of CNKI can constantly enhance the capacity of the topic-design. The topic of "acute pancreatitis" was widely welcomed by readers and authors, its circulation was increased by 3000 copies, and the separate edition was increased to 3000 copies. Downloads and citations were increased significantly in CNKI. [ Conclusions ] Big data of CNKI can provide accurate information, and clues for the selection of accurate manuscripts experts.
