摘　　要：【目的】通过对中国科技期刊语义出版中编辑活动变化的预测,旨在使传统科技期刊编辑了解行业趋势,把握努力方向。【方法】采用文献分析法,并结合成功案例,在研究当前中国科技期刊语义出版的发展方向的基础上,探讨编辑活动变化趋势。【结果】出版信息平台呈现智能化,数字出版市场服务由"推"转变为"拉",中国科技期刊将以学科为基础聚类。其发展会对编辑活动产生较大影响:需要进行期刊信息的语义处理,分析作者(读者)"偏好库",加强与用户的互动,结合全媒体技术增强读者的阅读体验等。【结论】语义出版对科技期刊编辑活动的效率和专业性提出更高的要求,除了传统的编校、数字出版平台的操作使用外,也会有新的工作内容出现。作为中国科技期刊的编辑人员有必要认识其发展趋势,从而在各个方面进行逐步调整。[ Purposes ] Through the prediction of the change of editing activities in the semantic publishing of Chinese scientific journals, the aim of this study is to make the traditional scientific periodical editors understand the industry trend and grasp the direction of the work. [ Methods] By using the method of literature analysis, combined with some successful cases, the researches on development trends of the current Chinese scientific journals were studied, and the changing trends of the editing activity were discussed. E Findings] The publishing information platform is intelligent. The ＂push＂ service form of the digital publishing in the market will change to the ＂pull＂ service form, and Chinese scientific journals will appear clustering based on subjects. Its development will have a greater impact on the editorial activities ： to do semantic processing of periodical information, to analyze the authors＇ （readers） ＂preference library＂, to strengthen the interaction with the user, and to enhance their reading experience combined with all media technology. [ Conclusions ] Semantic publishing has higher requirements on efficiency and professional skills of scientific periodical editing. In addition to the traditional editing work and using digital publishing platform, editors will also have some new works. China scientific periodical editors need to understand the development trends, and do some gradual adjustments in all aspects.
