摘  要:采用原始多壁碳纳米管(R-MWCNT)通过混酸法制备了羧基功能化多壁碳纳米管(C-MWCNT),然后制得碳纳米管/环氧树脂(MWCNT/EP)复合材料,并研究了其电导性能。结果表明:在一定温度与场强下,多壁碳纳米管含量相同时,C-MWCNT/EP的体积电阻率比R-MWCNT/EP高8~11个数量级;R-MWCNT/EP的渗流阈值约为0.03%,而C-MWCNT/EP未出现渗流现象;R-MWCNT/EP的电流密度-场强(J-E)曲线呈现明显的非线性变化,符合场致发射特征。混酸功能化前后复合材料的介电性能变化较大,该方法主要通过切断碳纳米管并改变碳纳米管与基体的界面性质从而影响复合材料的介电性能。Carboxyl-functionalized multi-walled carbon nanotubes (C-MWCNT) were prepared by mixed acid method from original carbon nanotubes (R-MWCNT), and multi-walled carbon nanotube/epoxy resin (MWCNT/EP) composites were prepared. Their electric conductance properties were studied. The results show that under certain temperature and electric field, the volume resistivity of the C-MWCNT/EP is 8 to 11 magnitudes higher than that of the R-MWCNT/EP with the same content of MWCNT. The percola- tion threshold of the R-MWCNT/EP is about 0.03%, while the C-MWCNT/EP does not show percolation phenomenon. The current density-electric field intensity (J-E) curve of the R-MWCNT/EP shows nonlin- ear regularity, which matches the characteristic of field emission. The electrical properties of the compos- ites change a lot before and after mixed acid functionalization, this is because the method could cut down the carbon nanotubes and modify the interracial property between the filler and matrix.
