摘 要:针对金属连接板和金属螺栓固定的格构式复合材料杆塔在人工污秽试验时整塔出现局部放电的现象,对小尺寸复合材料试片进行针对性的人工污秽模拟试验,试验结果显示悬浮金属部件的存在使电场发生畸变,促进并维持污层干燥带的产生。使用静电场分析方法对复合材料杆塔塔头部分在污秽条件下进行电场仿真计算,结果玻璃绝缘子串承担的电压超过40%,最大电场强度达到462 k V/m,使得绝缘子表面污层受潮后容易发生局部放电并发展成电弧,进而塔身所有金属部件周围也发生局部放电。In view of the lattice composite material tower fixed with metal plate and bolt existed partial discharge on the surface in the artificial pollution test, small size composites samples were carried out artificial pollution tests. The results show that the existence of floating metal parts distorts electric field, which would accelerate and maintain the appearance of contamination dry band. The electric field simula- tion of polluted composite material tower was studied by static electric field method. Simulation results show that the withstand voltage of insulator string exceeds 40% of the applied voltage, and the maxi- mum electric field reaches 462 kV/m. The polluted insulators are easy to produce partial discharge after affected with clamp for the pollution layer, and develop into arc, and then the tower body around all metal parts produces partial discharge.
